The fifth Belt and Road Summit, jointly organised by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) and the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC), drew to a successful close today. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year’s summit was changed to an online broadcast.
