On March 21, 2026, Outlets Holding Group Co., Ltd. and MINAX Global Brand Trading Group officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Fuzhou. Centered on the core orientation of "digital technology empowerment + physical scenario implementation + supply chain collaboration + global brand value compliant communication", the two parties will jointly build the world’s first "Super Brand Incubator", with its first benchmark base located at Fuzhou Outlets · Mr. Mountain.

Known as a "natural oxygen bar", it is rated as a national-level forest health and wellness base. It is an ultra-large health and wellness community integrating health and wellness residential areas, hotels and industrial centers. Meanwhile, the two parties will jointly build the OPC Brand Innovation Center benchmark system. Outlets Holding Group will be responsible for physical space planning, construction and offline operation, while MINAX will introduce global high-quality brands and digital technology resources to jointly create a standard operation model replicable worldwide. Outlets Holding Group will also provide 10 independent brand headquarters centers, high-standard conference centers and other high-end supporting facilities in the incubation base, offering butler-style full-process incubation services for settled brands. MINAX will customize compliant operation and digital upgrading plans for the project, realizing dual guarantees of "technology + scenario".
Digital collaboration and empowerment of the supply chain stand out as a core highlight of this cooperation. MINAX will provide incubated brands with services such as the construction of digital supply chain tools, docking of cross-border fund compliant settlement, and compliant revitalization of asset value.
