Binance, a leading cryptocurrency exchange, has confirmed its support for the upcoming Shentu (CTK) network upgrade and hard fork, scheduled for October 30, 2024. According to Binance, the exchange will temporarily suspend deposits and withdrawals of Shentu tokens to ensure a seamless transition.

Network Upgrade Details

The Shentu network upgrade and hard fork will occur at block height 20,949,300, expected to take place around 12:00 (UTC) on the same day. Although trading of Shentu tokens will not be affected, users should be aware of the temporary suspension of deposits and withdrawals starting at 11:00 (UTC).

Binance has assured its users that it will manage all technical requirements related to the upgrade. The exchange plans to reopen deposits and withdrawals once the upgraded network is deemed stable. Binance has also stated that no additional announcements will be issued post-upgrade.
