According to @OnchainDataNerd, Cumberland received a total of 222 million USDT from Tether Treasury within a 24-hour period. This includes a recent transfer of 95 million USDT. Following the receipt, Cumberland deposited all the USDT into the exchanges OKX, Kraken, and Coinbase.
