Coinbase Halts HMSTR-PERP Market

According to Coinbase International Exchange, the HMSTR-PERP market will now enter halt mode on both Coinbase International Exchange and Coinbase Advanced. Users can post and cancel limit orders, but there will be no matches. The market will remain in halt mode for at least 1 minute. (Source)
