The whale withdrew 250 BTCB (worth $15.21M) from Binance as collateral to borrow $10M on Venus, purchasing 3727.7 ETH. The ETH was then used to borrow an additional $7M, which was deposited back into Binance, likely to be used to buy more ETH.
