According to Claude, the model now supports an end-to-end workflow across Excel and PowerPoint in research preview, running data analysis in Excel and auto-building slides in PowerPoint for all paid plans on Mac and Windows, as posted on X and detailed on the Anthropic blog. According to Anthropic’s blog, the cross-app capability leverages Claude’s CoWork plugins to ingest spreadsheets, generate pivot analyses, create charts, and translate insights into structured presentations with speaker notes, streamlining reporting and client deliverables. As reported by Anthropic, availability across desktop platforms lowers deployment friction for enterprise IT and creates immediate time savings in FP and A, sales ops, and consulting use cases by reducing manual handoffs between analysts and presenters.
