Arena Overview

The Arena in Eternal Paradox measures not just the strength of your Mercenaries but also your tactical acumen and persistence. Each Arena season spans one week, giving players seven days to climb the leaderboard and improve their rankings. The competition is structured into five primary ranks—Silver, Gold, Platinum, Master, and Legend—each containing three tiers.

As players advance through these ranks, they earn greater rewards and gain more Honor Points, which can be spent in the Honor Shop for Mercenary Gear or Summoning Stones. The ultimate goal is to accumulate Arena Victory Points (AVP), which determine the distribution of the $ETIME rewards at the end of each season. Notably, 20% of the total seasonal ETIME reward is allocated to the Arena, with the top finisher receiving 15% of that portion.

Arena Edge

Success in the Arena heavily depends on the overall stats of your Mercenaries, which can be boosted through various means:

• Skill Level
• Mercenary Equipment
• Mercenary Research
• Awakening boosts
• Rarity bonuses
• Immortal Stats

Beyond these, players can gain additional advantages by focusing on often-overlooked aspects like Land, Contribution, Titles, Skins, and the Mercenary Collection. For instance, Legendary or Ancient Land can provide a crucial speed boost, while certain titles and skins can enhance Mercenary performance significantly.

Land

Land buffs, such as the “Arena Mercenary Speed +10”, can be pivotal in battles. Speed can determine who strikes first, often making the difference between victory and defeat. Players are advised to secure land that offers these advantageous buffs.

Contribution

Contribution within the Mercenary Group Attributes offers significant bonuses but requires strategic prioritization. These attributes can be reallocated as needed, providing flexibility to adapt to critical moments in the Arena.

Titles and Skins

Certain titles and skins provide boosts to large groups of Mercenaries, enhancing their effectiveness in the Arena. Though these items are rare and often require considerable effort to obtain, their benefits can be substantial.

Collection

The Mercenary Collection, accessible through the Tavern, allows players to assign Mercenaries to themed groups, earning bonuses based on the Mercenaries' rank. Currently, there is a collection that directly boosts Mercenary Speed, a valuable asset in Arena battles.

Fighting for Glory

Aside from the $ETIME rewards, Arena victors can earn prestigious titles and skins, such as:

• God of the Arena: +5% Mercenary Attack, awarded to the 1st place in AVP
• King of the Arena: +3% Mercenary Attack, awarded to 2nd and 3rd places in AVP
• Lord of the Arena: +2% Mercenary Attack, awarded to 4th through 10th places in AVP

The top AVP scorer also receives the Dragon Castle skin for the next season, granting an additional +5 Mercenary Speed.
