GM(General Motors) Financial is the wholly-owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors. GM Financial provides commercial lending products to dealers as well. In February 2019, GM Financial teamed up with Spring Labs to provide identity verification solutions. On June 12, 2019, Spring Labs raised $23 million in Series A funding in which GM Ventures became a strategic investor and development collaborator.
