1. European Central Bank plans to monitor crypto markets by using more on-chain data.

ECB will revise the policy in monitoring both on- and off-chain crypto transactions.

2. Shenzhen issued nearly 6 Million blockchain-based invoices to date.

More than 5,300 local companies in 113 sectors joined the blockchain invoice program initiated by Tencent and the tax bureau of Shenzhen.

3. Report: 318 addresses control 80% of Tether supply.

According to Coin Metrics, these addresses hold at least $ 1 million worth of USDT.

4. Malaysian major electric utility TNB raided 33 illegal mining premises. 

Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) has lost USD$760,736 due to the electricity stolen from crypto mining premises.

5. New Jersey calls a halt to two ICOs.

The Bureau of Securities in New Jersey issued emergency orders to stop ICOs of Zoptax and Unocall as they misled prospective investors.

7. North Carolina’s Representative reintroduces crypto tax bill in the US House.

If the bill is enacted, it can solve the problem of double taxation in crypto transactions.

8. Seychelles’ stock exchange is the first country to list tokenized security for trading.

The exchange MERJ pointed out that the tokenized stocks will be offered to the public in late 2019.
