- These firms are working together to develop blockchain practices in the transportation, logistics and supply chain industries. 

2. New York Attorney General Has Jurisdiction over Bitfinex 
- NYAG has the right to continue the investigation of fraud and misleading investors of Bitfinex. 

3. Crypto Exchange Huobi Supports MakerDao Tokens and Dapps 
- Huobi wallet adds support for MakerDao token MKR. 

4. Binance Listed on Apple Store After a Long Delay 
- CEO Changpeng Zhao stresses that it is difficult to get listed on the Apple store due to review processes.  

5.  Investors Exchange Telegram Tokens in the Secondary Market Before its Launch 
- Investors warn that issuing tokens this way is risky but Telegram disallows investors to sell or buy the tokens before the official launch on 31 Oct. 

6. World Bank Receives USD$33.8 million more from its Blockchain Bonds 
- The World Bank has issued USD$108 million in the first round of bonds a year ago and receives another USD$33.8 in the second round from both new and existing investors.
