Manus Launches AI Agents on Telegram for Instant Task Execution

Manus has deployed its AI Agents feature on Telegram, bringing the platform's full reasoning and task execution capabilities directly into messaging apps. The integration went live February 16, 2026, and is available to all users regardless of subscription tier.

The pitch is straightforward: scan a QR code, link your account in under a minute, and start delegating complex tasks through chat. No command lines, no API tokens, no server management.

What Actually Ships

This isn't a stripped-down chatbot. Manus Agents runs the same multi-step task engine available on the web platform. Users can send voice messages, photos, and documents—the agent transcribes, processes, and returns outputs without manual file handling.

Two model options are available: Manus 1.6 Max handles deeper reasoning and creative work, while Manus 1.6 Lite prioritizes speed for quick queries and summaries. Both support end-to-end task completion.

The system maintains access to existing Manus projects, skills, and integrations. Whatever you've configured on the web carries over to Telegram.

Practical Applications

Manus highlights several use cases: automated meeting prep that pulls from connected email tools, image generation for profile pictures, and product content creation from photos. A single chat request can trigger research, code execution, document generation, and delivery within one thread.

On the privacy front, the agent only accesses messages sent directly to it—no visibility into other Telegram conversations, groups, or contacts.

Market Context

The MANUS token trades at approximately $0.00003231 with a market cap around $32,000 as of mid-February 2026, according to OKX data. The token remains thinly traded across exchanges, with significant price discrepancies between platforms.

Telegram represents the first messaging integration, with additional platforms reportedly in development. For existing Manus users, the feature adds a convenience layer. For potential new users, the zero-setup promise lowers the barrier to testing AI agent capabilities—though the real test will be whether chat-based interactions can match the web experience for complex workflows.
